An evening at Ernesto's with Lustau!

Guests will enjoy creating a three-course menu from a variety of selections curated by Chef Ryan Bartlow. Highlights will include Cured Fish with Marcona Almonds, Sopa de Castaña con Jerez Jelee and Faisan con Salsa de Chocolate. Desserts will compliment the featured sherries from the Lustau collection.

The three course menu will be $75 per person, supplements will be available at an additional cost. Sherry flights, selected by our Wine Director, Daryl Coke, will be available to accompany your tasting. Guests can choose from two flight options; 3 glasses for $45 or 5 glasses for $65, with a special Palo Cortado supplementary glass upon request for $18.
